All products purchased from us can be exchanged within 20 days. The item must not be worn, altered, or washed. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice.
This exchange policy does not apply to orders to be shipped outside Pakistan.
For orders within Pakistan, if an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size or colour) the customer has the right to request an exchange. All exchanges can be made for the other available product as well.
All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by SHAHMER at the customer’s expense.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We do not offer a cash refund, instead a coupon will be issued in exceptional cases of the same value to E-Store customers only.
