Shopping Basics

Standard shipping across Pakistan. For international orders, shipping amount will be displayed on checkout page based on locations and all the duties and taxes will be paid by the customers.

Our standard shipping time is 6-8 working days after confirmation of the order for Casual wear.

Our courier person attempts twice to deliver a parcel to your provided address. Kindly ensure that the valid address, postal code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to S H A H M E R head office and you will get the email confirmation.

All items available on our website are shipped both locally and internationally.

Unfortunately, COD is only available in Pakistan.

No, you do not have to pay any additional tax on the order you place. All applicable taxes are included in the actual product price.
Unless, it is a international shipping and you may get charged for additional duty and taxes at port.

Prices on our website are displayed in PKR.. However, You can change them by selecting your currency in currency selector displayed at the top right corner

Yes. All payment information submitted by our customers is kept confidential. We will share the details with individuals looking to pay online and their information and screenshots will be kept confidential.

Shipping & Returns

Your order cannot be cancelled once you check out. However, you can cancel the order when you receive a verification call from our Customer Service.

If your purchase is faulty, defective, damaged, or does not match the original specifications for the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased, you may notify us by filling the complaint form or calling at 0319-0373173. There is no minimum order quantity limit.

All our products come with a unique product code/name. Simply enter the specific code/name in the search option available on the website and it will help you find the product of your choice. If you do not receive any results, this means the product is not available anymore.

Yes. Size charts are included on all product detail pages.

An “In Stock” product will always have an “Add to Cart” button on its page. If your desired size for a product is not present on the page, it means the size is out of stock.

Prices are mentioned against all products available online. Our website helps you differentiate between stitched & unstitched products.

Yes, the product will be identical, however there maybe slight variances when it comes to the color. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
